Challenge 16 on Latenightstampers
Mary Jo and Tiffany have a great challenge for us using a sketch. When I 1st saw it, I was honestly stumped. I couldn’t think of anything to do. But I broke out my “To Have and To Hold” set because I need to make some wedding cards and I DID IT!! And I love it!!

I however had to turn my card sideways and be a little different because my idea for the brads being layered with the black made them too long. Oops. But I think it turned out great.
Stop on over to the Latenightstampers group which is in my sidebar and check out the photo gallery. I would love to see some of you play along with us.
Recipe:
Stamps: To Have And To Hold
Ink: Basic Gray, Basic Black, Blush Blossom
Paper: Grey Hostess Pattern Pack 2, Whisper White, Going Gray, Basic Black
Accessories: Circle Rhinestone Brads, 1/2″ circle punch, 2 way glue pen, Dazzling Diamonds, 7/8″ Whisper White Taffeta Ribbon
Enjoy and see you tomorrow w/ the divas!!

Fifth Avenue Outlines for Latenight Challenge
Garden Green
Bashful Blue
LNSDT Color Challenge #5
This weeks challenge over at Late Night Stampers is created by Julie Semones and Carol Matthews.
Their challenge is to use:
Garden Green, Riding Hood Red, Bashful Blue and Night of Navy. You can add in Whisper White, Very Vanilla or Basic Black only. Their inspiration came from this hooded towel
My card was easy to create because I already knew that I wanted to use the New Fifth Avenue Floral Stamp set. I totally love this set. Its so versitile, and elegant. I stamped white stazon onto the cardstock to give it this appearance.
This month also is Birthday Cards so thats where I came up with the Wish Big saying. This is the close up showing off the dazzling diamonds around the edges of the petals
Why not go hop on over to the Late Night Stampers group and give this challenge a try. Next week is mine and Gretchens turn and we have something up our sleeve that will be making you use your heads.
Hugs
Heidi

LNSDT Challenge "Valentine Heart Card w/ Candy"
Hello stampers :
1. Cut 2 pieces of real red cs 3” x 8 ½”.
2. Score in ½ on the 8 1/2 “ length.
3. Cut 2 pieces of pink piro cs 2 ½” x 8”
4. Again score in ½ on the 8 “ length
5. Punch all of your TOP corners on the fold with your corner rounder.
6. Layer and Snail your 2 pink piro & real red pieces together.
7. Next take your 2 “Tags” as what I think they look like, and open one up and lay it flat, now take the other “tag” open it up and lay it sideways. You should start to see a heart.
8. Adhere the real red pieces together forming the bottom point.
9. Now open up your “card and lay it on your cutter on an angle. We will be cutting the front 2 “tag” flaps only to make the card open and shut.
10. Line up the tags so that they are both on your cutter and cut on an angle.
11. I then took my punch and towards the bottom of the front openings, punched out slots for the ribbon to go through.
12. At the top of the heart I added 2 photo corners to make it extra strong if I wanted to hang it.
13. Design the front with what you would like.
Any questions just ask.
A Manly Valentine???
Well this weeks challenge is by group #1 which is Julie Semones & Carol Matthews . 2 incredibly creative ladies, I am honoered to be on a team with. This months theme is VALENTINE’S (go figure) So for their 1st challenge they are having us create a Manly Valentine with at least 1 heart on it. I think I accomplished the heart thing and the manly part, BUT I just couldn’t help myself with the bling. Sorry guys, a gal HAS to have her bling!!
I also didn’t want to use a obvious stamp set, with a heart right in it, so I decided to used Dreams Dujour. I love the scalloped square chipboard and already used the middle square so I used the frame and the little square in the middle. I think it made the card pop gave it some dimension and there you have it.
I am really having a hard time creating and my wrist is really getting in the way with this cast on it. This card alone took me over 2 hrs to create. I think my prices will go up on my creations until this cast is off…. LOL
I hope you will go over to the Late Night Stampers logo and see what everyone else is creating.
Recipe

Ink: Real Red craft ink, Choc Chip
Paper: Real Red, Kraft, Scandinavian
